Union Wireless is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Analyst to help keep enterprise systems secure, reliable, and prepared for what’s next. This onsite role in Mountain View, WY focuses on both infrastructure administration and day-to-day security operations, with opportunities to improve resiliency, automate routine work, and collaborate across departments to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
- Administer and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backups
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Monitor security events and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, and security reviews
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
- Automate routine processes to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with teams across the organization to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to strengthen infrastructure performance, security, and resilience
What you’ll need
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong networking foundation, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and VPN technologies
- Experience using cybersecurity tools and practices, including SIEM platforms, firewalls, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Passion for technology, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
Tools and technologies you’ll work with
Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SIEM platforms, firewalls, vulnerability management
Helpful credentials (preferred)
- CCNA, Security+, Network+, VMware, Microsoft, or related certifications
- Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure management tools
- Experience in environments where security and infrastructure responsibilities overlap
Compensation and benefits
Compensation: $40.00 to $46.00 per hour (hourly). Competitive wage range listed as $40.48 to $46.95 per hour.
