Cybersecurity System Administrator

Canvas II, LLC. is seeking a Contractor System Administrator to support continuous monitoring and day-to-day operational readiness for a large environment of air-gapped, stand-alone systems. The position focuses on keeping security controls current and systems dependable, while helping sustain mission integrity.

Work will be performed onsite at Holloman AFB, NM, supporting offline maintenance activities and administrative functions across 300+ air-gapped, stand-alone systems.

Role Summary

• Ensure ongoing continuous monitoring and operational readiness for 300+ air-gapped, stand-alone systems.
• Support compliance-focused maintenance through offline updates and security verification activities.

Responsibilities

• Sustain continuous monitoring and operational readiness across 300+ air-gapped, stand-alone systems.
• Execute off-line anti-virus updates.
• Perform vulnerability patching.
• Conduct security control spot-checks.
• Perform system deployments.
• Provide general administration.

Required Qualifications

• Secret clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Minimum Education

• IM1: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (or substitution as described below).
• IM2: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (or substitution as described below).
• IM3: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (or substitution as described below).

Minimum Experience Levels

• IM1: 0 years of experience.
• IM2: 0-3 years of experience.
• IM3: 3-10 year of experience.
