Job Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation seeks a Special Agent with cybersecurity and technology expertise to investigate cyber threats and support national security, complemented by formal training and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety matters.
Apply sound judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to meet investigative demands.
Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
Maintain the physical fitness required to perform law enforcement duties and remain ready for field duties.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
Must be willing to travel as required.
Must meet the FBI’s Employment Eligibility requirements.

Salary: USD 103,326 - 133,200 per year
Pay level: $103,326.00–$133,200.00, salary is commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay
