What we offer
Join the FBI as a Special Agent focused on cybersecurity and IT expertise. This is a full-time, onsite role in Cleveland, Ohio, with the chance to contribute to national security through information security, SIEM tooling, and related cyber defense work. The position carries a competitive salary range of $103,236 to $133,200 per year, with pay determined by base, locality, and availability pay. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible for Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance, and willing to travel as required. A master’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university is required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety concerns.
- Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to meet investigative demands.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain the physical fitness necessary to perform law enforcement duties as required.
