Job Description

Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Coordinator to help strengthen a client’s cybersecurity program through training operations, internal communications, and awareness outreach. This hybrid role supports how the organization prepares staff to recognize and respond to cyber security risk, while helping maintain the platforms and materials used to deliver that message.

In this position, you will oversee annual IT security training completion tracking, contribute to training content and outreach efforts, and help manage the client’s cybersecurity web portal. You will also coordinate with communications partners and participate in cybersecurity awareness events for client staff.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and report on the training completion status of personnel required to complete annual IT security training.
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and recommendations on IT security training materials.
  • Assist in the design and creation of outreach materials and help measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the communications team to update and manage the overall Cybersecurity Communications Plan, including goals for reaching target audiences.
  • Update and maintain the Cybersecurity Web Portal, an intranet site for the client’s users.
  • Assist with planning and participate in cybersecurity awareness events targeting client staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least four (4) years of IT security experience is required.
  • Two years of experience in design and content management for internal communications.
  • Ability to coordinate with teammates across different business units and functional teams.
  • Comfort presenting information at all levels of the organization to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of core information security and cyber security risk concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, users, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering training through various delivery methods, including learning management systems (LMS) and other interactive tools.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date information security and business trends.

Location and Compensation

  • Location: Washington, DC (hybrid)
  • Hybrid commute: commute to the DC area 3 times per week
  • Salary range: USD 75,000 - 80,000 per year
