Job Description

The Cybersecurity Engagement Coordination Manager will coordinate targeted outreach and stakeholder engagement to support the deployment of strategic cybersecurity products for federal and other stakeholder groups. The role focuses on message tailoring, adoption monitoring, performance data analysis, and feedback loops that inform continuous improvement.

Location and Work Schedule

Arlington, VA (onsite), 5 days per week.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate targeted outreach campaigns to deliver cyber products to priority communities using partner and sector-specific channels, such as ISAC/ISAO portals, industry capability communities, partner mailing lists, webinars, and social media platforms.
  • Tailor messaging to fit specific audiences, including critical infrastructure operators as well as federal and SLTT partners.
  • Convert strategic products into clear, practical formats aligned to the needs and operational constraints of stakeholder groups, including large and small jurisdictions and critical infrastructure partners.
  • Facilitate collaborative working sessions with external stakeholders to align product recommendations with existing operational processes, compliance requirements, and resource limitations.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage across partner communities, identifying early indicators of success and potential implementation barriers.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations and contextualized examples to address implementation challenges and support rapid adoption.
  • Oversee collection and analysis of performance data to measure operational uptake and report key metrics.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms that support continuous improvement of future JCDC deliverables.

Requirements

  • Active TS security clearance and SCI eligible.
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD).
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business analysis, management, or a similar field.
  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field, specifically translating high-level strategy into actionable products.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience, with a history of collaborating with diverse groups.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or cross-sector working groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring to track program effectiveness.

Desired Skills

  • DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance.
  • Familiarity with the operations and mission of CISA, JCDC, or other federal cybersecurity organizations.
  • Experience in consulting or advisory roles providing guidance and recommendations to external organizations.
  • Knowledge of outreach channels and strategies, including social media, webinars, and partner portals.
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling to present performance metrics and insights.
  • Familiarity with critical infrastructure sectors, public-private partnerships, and cyber defense missions.

Federal Contract Considerations

This position involves federal contracts that require all workers to be U.S. Citizens. Some contracts may require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
