Job Description

BluCurrent Credit Union seeks a full-time Systems and Security Analyst to bridge users, IS staff, and vendors while supporting the Information Security Program.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized user assistance via phone, in person, or online to answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Support the Information Security Program by ensuring proper controls, practices, and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Execute daily information security duties, including antivirus updates, patch management, and vulnerability scan resolution.
  • Assist in establishing, monitoring, and maintaining internal controls.
  • Install new hardware, including required wiring and setup tasks.
  • Investigate IT problems within the infrastructure, troubleshoot, and implement validated solutions.
  • Contribute to project management with support, installations, and updates for computerized departmental systems and related initiatives.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Credit Union's LAN and WAN hardware and software to keep back end functions, systems, PCs, servers, and peripherals operational.
  • Stay informed about operations and systems within client departments to deliver comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Information Systems or a related field (preferred).
