Job Description
In this role, the Security Analyst supports the IT department by overseeing cyber security initiatives, coordinating incident response, and managing vulnerability and antivirus activities.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and remediate alerts generated by SEIM services.
- Coordinate communications, data points, and reporting with external cybersecurity providers.
- Deploy, configure, and coordinate antivirus solutions across assets.
- Configure and respond to alerts from logging and monitoring systems.
- Oversee asset vulnerability management, including configuration and remediation support.
- Document PCI discovery efforts and support related compliance initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in information technology or a related field.
- Residency in Pennsylvania.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience with SEIM systems.
- Experience with IDS and IPS technologies.
- Experience with Syslog.
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
