Job Description
Strategic Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Lead IAM Security Engineer with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to mature and modernize a large enterprise IAM program. This onsite contract role in Lutz, FL emphasizes engineering rigor, automation, governance, and program maturity. The position offers a competitive salary of USD 110,000 β 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with business goals and security objectives
- Architect and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions across the organization
- Develop and maintain RBAC models and implement least-privilege access strategies
- Create identity lifecycle workflows for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
- Establish and manage access certification programs, reviews, compliance reporting, and governance processes
- Improve authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access control capabilities
- Integrate applications, directories, and identity providers into the IAM platform
- Build custom workflows, scripts, connectors, and automation to enhance IAM operations
- Monitor IAM related security events and respond to incidents
- Provide subject matter expertise during audits and regulatory assessments involving IAM, SOX, and PII
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, HR, business units, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate, govern, and improve efficiency across the IAM environment
Requirements
- Approximately five or more years of Identity & Access Management experience; exceptional accomplishments may be considered
- Hands-on Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) experience
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
- Solid knowledge of RBAC
- Strong grasp of least privilege principles
- Solid understanding of access certification processes
- Solid understanding of identity governance
- Strong knowledge of workflow development
- Experience designing and implementing IAM workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management
- Experience developing custom scripts, connectors, or integrations for IAM platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise authorization models and organizational security structures
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and business systems
- Experience securing enterprise reporting platforms and user privileges
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts, including SAP authorization concepts
- Portal security, Single Sign-On, Directory Services
- Internet Information Server (ITS), Web services security
- Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access controls
- Experience supporting SOX, NERC CIP, NIST, and PCI compliance initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
