Cybersecurity Saviynt L3

Phoenix Business Consulting is hiring an L3 Saviynt IAM support specialist in Jersey City, NJ (onsite). This role focuses on high-impact support for complex identity and access management issues, keeping integrations and workflows healthy, and helping clients maintain reliable IAM operations. You will also serve as an escalation-focused partner for P1 incident bridge involvement and act as a single point of contact for HP.

What you’ll do

• Resolve highly complex technical issues across the Saviynt platform.
• Maintain and monitor existing Saviynt integrations, workflows, and configurations to support stable operations.
• Support JDBC and API-based application onboarding by running testing and resolving onboarding issues.
• Own troubleshooting and optimization for Saviynt connectors, including the ability to configure, resolve connector problems, and improve connector performance.
• Join the major incident management bridge for P1 issues.
• Triage and troubleshoot escalated challenges from L2, ensuring timely resolution.
• Handle complex user and access provisioning cases.
• Investigate and resolve integration and connector issues, including problems impacting approval and request-based workflows.
• Analyze incident management trends to identify causes and propose long-term solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for P1 and P2 issues, implement fixes, and update SOPs.
• Ensure IAM services are up and running, including proactive monitoring of Saviynt EIC services.
• Support L2 when cases require heavy configuration changes.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with technology vendors when needed.
• Serve as the single point of contact for HP and provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Deliver continuous improvement ideas and mentor/train support teams on architectural best practices and innovative solution design.

What you bring

• Profound expertise in Saviynt IAM, including in-depth knowledge of configurations, integrations, and customization.
• Advanced understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, and best practices.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Saviynt technical issues.
• Ability to architect and design innovative Saviynt-based solutions for unique client requirements.
• Proficiency managing and maintaining Saviynt IAM systems at an architectural level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools for IAM process automation.
• Expertise in access control, security protocols, and IAM administration.
• Thorough understanding of IAM-relevant regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
• 8+ years of experience.
• A university degree in IT or/and IT Security.
