ISO Senior Associate, InfoSec Solutions

What you’ll do

You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned customers, taking ownership of the ISO audit lifecycle from start to finish. This role is centered on helping customers move through the audit process with clarity, confidence, and high-quality deliverables.

• Lead the ISO audit lifecycle from initiation through completion for your assigned customers.
• Analyze audit evidence requests submitted by customers, then provide expert feedback and guidance toward best practices.
• Collaborate with an AI engine and auditors to validate evidence, improving efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Generate high-quality ISO audit reports with accuracy, precision, and strong professional judgment.
• Use analytical problem-solving to handle unique challenges and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What you bring

• ISO expertise: at least 3+ years of ISO 27001 audit experience, including leading audit interviews.
• Cloud familiarity: working knowledge of advanced cloud technologies including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Customer-first approach: comfort working directly with customers and building relationships.
• Technical credentials: currently possess or be pursuing certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISA, CSP, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Detail-oriented mindset: strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and drive: genuine interest in solving problems and questioning the status quo.

Tools and focus areas

Your work will center on ISO 27001 along with cloud and security technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and relevant certification frameworks including AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, and CISA.
