Cybersecurity Analyst/Principal Cybersecurity Analyst

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst or Principal Cybersecurity Analyst to support NASIC at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in OH (onsite), serving as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO).

Responsibilities

• Act as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and support delivery as part of a team
• Manage software and information system certifications and approvals
• Coordinate incident response activities
• Provide workforce cybersecurity training
• Maintain and update cybersecurity website content

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• IAT Level II certification such as SecurityX (formerly CASP+) or Security+
• Knowledge securing operating systems (examples: Windows, Linux)
• Knowledge securing databases (examples: SQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge securing network devices (examples: routers, switches)
• Understanding of security technologies, including IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and antivirus solutions
• For Cybersecurity Analyst: Bachelor’s in a Science/Technology/Engineering/Math discipline with 2+ years related experience
• For Cybersecurity Analyst: Master’s in a Science/Technology/Engineering/Math discipline with 1+ year related experience
• For Principal Cybersecurity Analyst: Bachelor’s with 5+ years related experience
• For Principal Cybersecurity Analyst: Master’s with 3+ years related experience

Compensation

• Primary level salary range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00
• Secondary level salary range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00
• Yearly salary range: USD 83,400 - 155,400
