Job Description
On-site Classified Cybersecurity Analyst role in Melbourne, FL requiring Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct system audits and ongoing monitoring across security controls, configurations, and operations to evaluate the security posture of information systems.
- Assess systems and networks within the enclave to identify deviations from approved configurations or policy.
- Analyze security requirements to validate them and recommend additional safeguards and controls.
- Assist in applying government policy, offer process tailoring recommendations, and document activities.
- Operate within formal program controls to mitigate risks and support system Assessment and Authorization, including coordination, security testing, documentation, investigations, and related activities.
- Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation process required by accrediting authorities through pre-test preparations, participation, results analysis, and reporting.
- Document outcomes of A&A activities and related technical or coordination efforts, and assemble the RMF body of evidence.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with 2 years; or Associate’s with 4 years; or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Security+ certification is required to be considered.
- Candidate must hold a current US Government Top Secret security clearance (minimum).
- Salary range: USD 79,300 - 118,900 per year.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
- Experience in cybersecurity compliance, including RMF A&A
- Top Secret, SAP/SAR access, SCI access, and/or a Polygraph
- Knowledge of security tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP
- Knowledge of security frameworks and documentation such as NIST, JSIG, DAAG, SSPs, POA&Ms, and SCTMs
