Transformation O&M Security Engineer III
Job Description
As a Project Security Engineer III on Deloitte’s Cyber Identity Engineering team, you will design, implement, and support identity and access management solutions that help enable secure access across enterprise environments. This role is centered on strengthening identity controls for Zero Trust and translating business, security, and compliance requirements into ICAM architecture and engineering deliverables.
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and support identity and access management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments
- Translate business, security, and compliance requirements into ICAM architecture and engineering deliverables
- Support Zero Trust initiatives by strengthening identity controls, authentication methods, and access governance processes
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to integrate identity services across systems and platforms
- Contribute to engineering, documentation, testing, and compliance activities tied to IAM and access control capabilities

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on work, clients, and the industries or sectors served
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- 3+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), infrastructure architecture, cyber strategy, compliance, and Agile delivery
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing identity, credential, and access management solutions
- 3+ years of experience supporting Zero Trust architecture initiatives

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID, or CyberArk
- Experience supporting identity integrations across cloud or hybrid environments
- Industry certification in cybersecurity, cloud, or identity technologies
Compensation and incentives
- Wage range: $107,700 to $179,500 per year
- May be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules
