Job Description

Uline is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer to design and manage security solutions across its IT landscape, safeguarding critical platforms for one of the United States' largest e-commerce operations. This onsite role in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, focuses on shaping security architectures, guiding technology decisions, and maintaining a secure enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and leadership to craft robust security plans for new systems, networks, and applications.
  • Assess the company's systems and technologies to identify vulnerabilities and propose enhancements that strengthen protection.
  • Lead the design and hands-on deployment of IT security solutions, emphasizing controlled user access to keep the network safe.
  • Administer and maintain systems and software, including network configurations and tools that defend against online threats.
  • Mitigate security risks in complex projects or initiatives with potential business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise-level IT environment.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-grade applications and security tools.
  • CISSP, Security+ or related information security certifications are preferred.
  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
