Information Systems Security Officer, Classified Cybersecurity

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer to lead classified cybersecurity operations within its Valley Forge area. This onsite role in King of Prussia, PA, supports RMF-based security across classified programs and requires an active Top Secret clearance to operate effectively within controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.
• Carry out technical administration of information systems in line with internal Lockheed Martin and customer security requirements, with a focus on RMF.
• Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
• Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non-compliance within the allotted time frame.
• Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
• Auditing activities are a significant portion of this role's responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Information Systems auditing experience
• Knowledge of operating system security requirements
• Hands-on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools
