Cybersecurity Support Specialist-Japanese Bilingual
Job Description
PASONA N A, INC. invites a full-time Cybersecurity Support Specialist to join onsite in Plano, Texas. This Japanese-English bilingual role supports cybersecurity operations for stakeholders in the United States and Japan. You will assist with incident response, ongoing security monitoring, and bilingual customer communications. The position offers a competitive salary of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, onsite collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to security tool rollouts for Japan affiliates and participate in Kaizen process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for cybersecurity related customer inquiries
- Coordinate with internal security engineers and translate technical information into clear customer updates
- Support incident response activities, investigations, and ongoing security monitoring
- Monitor security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection, and antivirus platforms
- Support cybersecurity compliance and documentation processes
- Assist with rollout and support of security tools for Japan affiliates
- Lead or participate in bilingual customer discussions, status updates, and incident communications
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to Kaizen initiatives
Requirements
- Japanese and English bilingual proficiency required
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, IT, infrastructure, or related role
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with clients, vendors, or cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
