Job Description
This onsite manager role in New York, NY focuses on PKI implementation, data protection, and privacy compliance, leading projects and teams, advising clients on privacy laws, and developing privacy policies and impact assessments.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead PKI deployments to strengthen data protection controls
- Guide clients through privacy statutes and data protection regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and draft comprehensive privacy policies and related documentation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address cybersecurity challenges and manage data breach responses
- Analyze system components to surface interdependencies that affect data security
- Own projects across planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery stages
- Mentor team members to leverage strengths and meet client expectations
- Use strategic inquiry to identify opportunities for advancing privacy program development
- Review legal documents and provide guidance to support compliance with data protection laws
- Uphold professional and technical standards including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience
