Cybersecurity Engineer - Insider Threat

Electrosoft Services, LLC is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer - Insider Threat in Richmond, VA (onsite). This role supports specialized cybersecurity work and provides hands-on security engineering across the full information systems lifecycle, from planning and design through testing, demonstration, and integration. You will also analyze information security requirements as part of routine project tasks applied to insider threat needs.

Compensation: USD 120,000 - 125,000 per year.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience.

What you’ll do

• Perform a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized cybersecurity problems.
• Provide security-engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, and integration of information systems.
• Analyze information security requirements to support system outcomes.
• Use analytical and systematic approaches to resolve problems related to workflow, organization, and planning.

What you’ll need

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at the time of proposal submission.
• Primary DCWF Work Role 521: Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support with Proficiency Level: Intermediate.
• Secondary DCWF Work Role 451: System Administrator with Proficiency Level: Intermediate.
• Four (4) years of experience maintaining Insider Threat solutions in a DoD environment.
