Associate Delivery Lead - Cybersecurity IAM Services

Ally Financial is hiring an Associate Delivery Lead to support delivery of cybersecurity initiatives within its Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) Product Group.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of cybersecurity projects within the Workforce Identity and Access Management (WAM) Product Group.
• Assist with developing and tracking project plans and timelines to support on-time delivery.
• Support stakeholder engagement to identify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support identification and escalation of risks related to cybersecurity projects.
• Maintain awareness of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Assist in applying risk management practices to help protect organizational assets.

What You’ll Help Deliver

• Passwordless-centric Authentication: reduce reusable password use and credential-based attack patterns.
• Privileged Identity Management: support just-in-time access, automated infrastructure monitoring, and secrets management capabilities.
• Identity Governance: assess and enforce role-based access, enable segregation of duties governance, and support policies to identify and respond to identity-related risks.
• Frontier AI Authorization: implement a Non-Human Identities platform, CIM-centric authorization controls, and fine-grained context-sensitive authorization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent years of work experience.
• 2+ years supporting or coordinating Agile projects, with an understanding of the SDLC process.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with issue management tools such as JIRA (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative working style; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated productivity skills with AI tools.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity delivery, with focus on Identity and Access Management and Data Protection/Data Security (a plus).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools/platforms such as centralized identity management, privileged identity, identity governance, AI Agent governance, or data protection/data security tools (a plus).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Certified Product Owner (a plus).
• Cybersecurity+ certification (a plus).

Compensation & Location

• Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)
• Base pay range: USD 85,000 - 150,000 per year
