Responsibilities

  • Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
  • Analyze complex data related to information security risk exposure
  • Create and deliver information security education, awareness, and training in line with program standards
  • Assess internal and enterprise policies, processes and standards, and recommend their integration into scenario development
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve program goals
  • Engage with internal and external customers as needed
  • Develop scenarios, set up exercise environments, and schedule participants
  • Prepare and present pre-exercise briefings and post-exercise debriefs
  • Lead targeted training sessions to maximize learning and skill development
  • Act as the primary contact for wargame participants, internal cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders
  • Respond to inquiries regarding objectives, logistics, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams and external experts
  • Design realistic, challenging, and relevant wargame scenarios focused on business contexts
  • Base scenarios on current threat intelligence and organizational risks
  • Develop engaging exercise materials, including rulebooks, scenario injects, and technical playbooks

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
