Responsibilities
- Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
- Analyze complex data related to information security risk exposure
- Create and deliver information security education, awareness, and training in line with program standards
- Assess internal and enterprise policies, processes and standards, and recommend their integration into scenario development
- Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve program goals
- Engage with internal and external customers as needed
- Develop scenarios, set up exercise environments, and schedule participants
- Prepare and present pre-exercise briefings and post-exercise debriefs
- Lead targeted training sessions to maximize learning and skill development
- Act as the primary contact for wargame participants, internal cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries regarding objectives, logistics, and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams and external experts
- Design realistic, challenging, and relevant wargame scenarios focused on business contexts
- Base scenarios on current threat intelligence and organizational risks
- Develop engaging exercise materials, including rulebooks, scenario injects, and technical playbooks
Requirements
- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
