Sr IT Identity Security Engineer (CyberArk)

CNO Financial Group is seeking a Sr IT Identity Security Engineer (CyberArk) to drive the design and deployment of identity and access management tooling and governance. This role emphasizes monitoring and enhancing the performance of security systems that support the identity automation program, enabling secure operations across the enterprise from a Carmel, Indiana base with remote options.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain identity security technologies, with a primary focus on CyberArk.
• Contribute to projects by analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing security solutions that protect information assets while enabling business functions.
• Leverage security software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose issues affecting identity information security tools and systems, providing 2nd and 3rd tier operational support.
• Provide identity information security expertise and consulting to internal IT teams, business system owners, and other stakeholders.
• Perform product and solution lifecycle management to ensure capacity, integrity, and availability of security systems.
• Align technologies with the overall strategy and information security framework specific to the identity automation program.
• Ensure new and existing identity products conform to information security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Research emerging technologies to support enterprise operations in the identity space.
• Review new and existing system designs for compliance with security standards and best practices.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical discipline (infrastructure, etc.).
• Prior experience with CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) products.
• Strong knowledge of identity products and privileged access solutions.

Pay Range: $107,800.00 - $161,800.00 Annual
