Senior Manager- Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

Lead the strategy and execution of Palermo’s cybersecurity program while managing the infrastructure that supports IT and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee security for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network architecture, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Create and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices mapped to recognized industry frameworks.
• Lead cybersecurity planning for manufacturing systems, automation projects, and new technology implementations.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to strengthen organizational resilience and support business goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and cybersecurity solutions to improve enterprise protection and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or IT operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or enterprise security initiatives.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, cloud security, network infrastructure, identity management, and incident response.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, food production, or other industrial environments.
• Experience securing Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Experience leading cybersecurity transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GICSP, Security+, CySA+, CCNA, CCNP Security, Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500), or equivalent industry credentials.
