Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer
Job Description
Contribute to the training of AI systems by reviewing cybersecurity outputs and solving security-focused technical tasks as a remote contract engineer.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
- Build and resolve security-focused technical problems used to train AI models
- Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code
- Deliver feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI security models
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in roles such as: penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work (including government or military cyber operations)
- Coding experience required; ability and comfort navigating and patching a codebase
- English fluency at native or bilingual level with strong writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar
