Experience Requirements
- Ten plus (10+) years of experience in a networking environment, with a strong emphasis on network security.
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems.
- The candidate must be local to Florida.
Certifications
- Certified Security Engineer (for example, CCSE or a comparable certification).
- Certified Technical Engineer (for example, Cisco CCNP or a comparable certification).
Core Network Security and Technical Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of loop prevention protocols, including Spanning Tree Protocols.
- Proficiency troubleshooting routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and RIP.
- Experience working with Network Address Translation (NAT) as part of troubleshooting and network security efforts.
