IT Systems and Cybersecurity Administrator

Located in Worthington, Ohio, L D Management Company is seeking an IT Systems and Cybersecurity Administrator to oversee the stability, security, and performance of a multi-faceted technology environment. This onsite role covers more than 100 PCs, the server room, Epicor Eagle POS systems, network infrastructure, and third-party vendor relationships, ensuring uptime and the protection of company data while supporting staff with reliable, secure technology. The position offers a salary range of USD 60,000 - 75,000 per year and requires a minimum of three years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational needs and craft strategic roadmaps to support growth, efficiency, and scalable operations.
• Create, deploy, and maintain cybersecurity policies, safeguards, and procedures to protect critical information, systems, and networks.
• Monitor evolving cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including NIST CSF 2.0 and Cri Profile v2.0 for threat identification.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners, ensuring system uptime and prudent budget management.
• Be available after hours to respond to calls and emails.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with POS terminals, databases, scanners, printers, and system integrations.
• Oversee POS updates, patches, and version upgrades with minimal disruption.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in IT systems administration or an equivalent role.
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, and core networking concepts.
• Experience supporting Epicor Eagle POS or comparable retail POS platforms.
• Practical experience with cybersecurity tools, including endpoint protection, MFA, firewalls, and patch management.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in both corporate and retail settings.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical colleagues.
