Information Systems Security Officer, Classified Cybersecurity

The Information Systems Security Officer will support classified cybersecurity operations for Special Access Programs at the LM Waterton facility in Littleton, Colorado. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to receive a Polygraph and focuses on day-to-day information system security oversight, compliance, and risk management using RMF.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day information system security operations, including hardware and software implementations.
• Manage risk to the information system by validating technical administration of information systems in accordance with internal Lockheed Martin and customer security requirements, primarily through Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Maintain, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
• Document compliance activities within the approved automated compliance tracking system; when non-compliance is identified, develop POA&M plans with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address issues within the required time frame.
• Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of according to internal security policies and the security plan.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple customers and programs.
• Support auditing and vulnerability management, which are a significant portion of the role’s responsibilities.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with willingness to receive Polygraph.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard Information Assurance tools.
• Proven ability to obtain and maintain system ATOs.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts.
• Experience with IS auditing and investigations.

Compensation

USD 95,900 - 178,100 per year
