Job Description

Information Security Analyst I or II at ANB Bank, based in Cheyenne, WY onsite, responsible for administering corporate information security systems, monitoring alerts, and supporting security operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer user accounts across multiple security and enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from intrusion detection and prevention systems, firewalls, and other information security solutions.
  • Administer log analysis platforms and triage security alerts.
  • Oversee patch management tools and produce reports.
  • Manage the digital evidence collection tool and maintain proper chain of custody.
  • Continuously monitor alerts from multiple security solutions and respond as needed.
  • Administer the VPN service and generate related reports.
  • Continuously monitor and assess findings from the vulnerability management platform and report on results.
  • Identify and propose efficiency improvements for Information Security operations.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams as required.
  • Answer after hours phone calls and resolve issues during on-call rotations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act requirements and other banking regulations, along with related policies and procedures.
  • Deliver service quality in line with department standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with department standards.
  • Support ANB Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Two years of related experience or training.
  • Preferred college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with SIEM solutions preferred.
  • Experience with patching solutions preferred.
  • Experience managing anti-virus solutions preferred.
  • Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory preferred.
  • Experience managing VPN solutions preferred.
  • Experience managing vulnerability management platforms preferred.
  • Experience showing progressive technical knowledge and understanding preferred.
  • Performs the duties above with regular direction and supervision.
  • Industry standard information security certification or appropriate training and experience preferred.
  • Performs the duties above with moderate direction and supervision (Information Security Analyst II).
  • Multiple industry standard information security advanced certifications (GSEC, GCIH, etc) in good standing or appropriate training and experience required.

Education and Experience

  • Information Security Analyst I β€” Two years of related experience and/or training; preferred college degree or equivalent; SIEM solutions, patching solutions, anti-virus, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, VPN, and vulnerability management experience preferred; progressive technical knowledge preferred; regular direction and supervision; industry certifications or appropriate training preferred; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable performance of essential functions.
  • Information Security Analyst II β€” Performs duties with moderate direction and supervision; multiple advanced information security certifications (GSEC, GCIH, etc) in good standing or equivalent training/experience required; ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable performance of essential functions.
