Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst at Level 2 or Level 3. Responsibilities
- Support a fast-paced, high-profile program by building strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Oversee classified security programs and provide expertise in accordance with DoD SAP Security Manuals, ICD directives, IC Tech Spec for ICD/ICS 705, NISPOM, and related standards
- Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies and procedures
- Adhere to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities per DD Form 254
- Assist program managers in interpreting and applying Security Classification Guides
- Provide program security and PERSEC support, including processing nominations, indoctrinations, and debriefings; manage access information using DISS and JADE; maintain PERSEC databases and document control
- Provide facility security administration and management support; draft and implement SOPs
- Conduct SAP and SCI security program self-inspections
- Manage inventory of accountable holdings and the classified destruction program
- Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation and media
- Maintain suspense copies of transported materials and perform follow-up as needed
- Pursue accreditation for SAP Facilities and SCIFs in line with SAP/SCI DoD Manuals and IC requirements
- Develop physical security documentation including Fixed Facility Checklists and TEMPEST addendums as applicable
- Manage UL-2050 compliant IDS and automated ACS
- Provide classified security education, awareness, and training activities
- Analyze and resolve classified security issues, guiding staff to ensure program compliance
- Maintain liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers
- Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP/SCI access using government systems
- Perform duties of a Special Program Accountability Officer as required
- Prepare PAR packages and PIAs, coordinating briefs and debriefs as necessary
- Maintain accountability of classified material and manage security incident response and reporting
- Manage Government-furnished equipment and materials
- Travel to deployed locations to support launch operations and security working groups
- Prepare security documentation for pre-launch and post-launch activities
- Fulfill other duties as assigned
Requirements
Level 2 - Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience; 4+ years of experience may be substituted for degree
- Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and/or SAP approval/access
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals
Level 3 - Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience, or PhD with 1 year of professional experience; 4+ years of experience may substitute for degree
- Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and/or SAP approval/access
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals
Preferred Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or related experience
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- ICD 704 eligibility in DISS
- Personnel and Program Security experience
