Responsibilities
- Provide program security and PERSEC support, including documentation processing for SAP and SCI nominations; coordinate indoctrination and debriefings; access, review, and submit clearance data using DISS, JADE, and other systems; maintain PERSEC databases and document control records; manage related documentation.
- Generate and review Program Access Request packages, ensure information currency and completeness, and secure required signatures; prepare Program Indoctrination Agreements and coordinate briefs/debriefs on behalf of the government security team.
- Apply knowledge of DoD SAP Security Manuals, SCI administration manuals, DNI directives, IC Tech Specs, NISPOM, and related security regulations.
- Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies and procedures.
- Adhere to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 and subcontract DD254s.
- Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, and distributing personnel security paperwork; act as a data transfer agent for uploading data to government databases.
- Maintain positive liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience; or 0 years with a Master's degree; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain program approval/access.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community.
