As an AI Trainer and Cybersecurity Technical Writer, you will help improve AI systems used in security-focused settings by reviewing AI-generated content, solving technical security challenges, and producing clear written explanations that guide model behavior.

Role Summary

The work involves training and evaluating AI models for cybersecurity by assessing AI-generated security material, resolving technical security problems, and providing feedback that helps these systems reason about real-world threats and defenses. The role is offered as a remote contract with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, with a focus on real-world accuracy and validity.
Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems.
Write clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
Provide feedback that directly informs the next generation of AI security models.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent fields.
Experience may include government or military cyber operations.
Some coding experience is required, with comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
English fluency (native or bilingual level) with strong writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, for example OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar.
