Job Description

Realign LLC is hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist based in Irving, TX for an onsite role. This position focuses on engineering AI-powered security capabilities and automating endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and Linux, with an emphasis on LLM and agentic workflows, observability, and integrations that support monitoring and incident response.

The work combines secure software engineering with practical security automation. You will build reliable agent systems, connect security platforms through APIs and SIEM-related tooling, and ensure monitoring and failure recovery for the workflows you deliver.

What you will do

  • Develop AI-powered security engineering solutions and endpoint management automation using Python, Go, LLMs, and agentic frameworks to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, and incident response across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Integrate security platforms, APIs, SIEM technologies, and endpoint detection and response solutions to enable scalable automation, improved visibility, and proactive risk management.
  • Incorporate monitoring and observability for agent systems.
  • Build agentic workflows designed for reliability, including error handling and failure recovery.

What you bring

  • 6+ years of relevant experience across a software development role and a security engineering role.
  • Proficiency in Python and Go, along with agent development frameworks and a deep understanding of LLM APIs and capabilities.
  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering and output parsing, plus building reliable agentic workflows with error handling and failure recovery.
  • Experience incorporating monitoring and observability for agent systems.
  • Experience developing with Model Context Protocol servers, vector databases, semantic search, and security product APIs such as the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform.
  • Proficiency developing Endpoint Management, Detection, and Response tooling, specifically for CrowdStrike or similar SaaS products.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peer security teams.
  • Understanding of standard development processes (TDLC/SDLC/ETLC) and development tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management, systems administration, and operating system internals across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys engineering challenges, learning new tools, and working with evolving technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to management.
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Container Networking (OVN-Kubernetes/CNI).
  • Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Required skills: Annotation Specialist.
