Cybersecurity Segment Head

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Cybersecurity Segment Head to steer revenue growth, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of accounts. The position demands deep cyber security expertise in at least two domains—such as identity and access management, network security, cloud security, or data security—along with solid knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance and MDR capabilities. This on-site role, based in Edison, NJ, emphasizes turning security strategy into tangible business outcomes through strong leadership of cross-functional teams and client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a solid understanding of revenue management and the ability to forecast and track targets.
• Act as the overall owner and accountable lead for CSP program service delivery across multiple accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by building and sustaining robust customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet sales and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Sales and PreSales on RFI/RFPs to ensure alignment of scope of work with the Delivery SoW.
• Work in tandem with an Offshore Delivery Partner to ensure successful program and service delivery.
• Establish regular customer engagements to support governance and business development with external and internal stakeholders.
• Drive delivery excellence and meet CSS targets.
• Develop program delivery plans, resource loading plans, and onboarding plans.
• Proficiently handle presentations and Excel-based reporting to support governance.
• Prepare high-quality reports and elevate reporting standards.
• Ramp up teams from internal, external, and trainee pools as needed.
• Ensure understanding of customer requirements, job descriptions, and activities to be undertaken.
• Prepare associates in line with job requirements.
• Foster a culture of learning and trust; facilitate trainings and development opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members; identify and groom cyber security leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Certifications: CISSP or CCSP.
