Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) Director - For Energy & Manufacturing Sectors

Lead business growth for cybersecurity and risk services across Energy and Manufacturing accounts by owning solutions consulting, bid execution, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions for customers in Energy and Manufacturing sectors
• Lead presales consulting and manage solution architecture aligned to customer requirements
• Own revenue management for allocated region and accounts
• Create and execute business development plans for the assigned sector and accounts
• Drive both farming and hunting account strategies
• Collaborate in a virtual team to develop customer value propositions
• Own and run large bid processes with a virtual team
• Engage CXOs to build and expand the security business
• Represent the team in steering committees and resolver groups to drive engagement outcomes
• Work with customer stakeholders to transition and roll out the SOC to the customer environment
• Position and architect security solutions, including security solution blueprinting for customer IT security requirements
• Manage customer expectations and take responsibility for CSAT
• Identify, evangelize, and convert new opportunities for business
• Manage the complete end-to-end bid management process for security programs in the region/accounts
• Apply commercial and business acumen with a persistent, customer-oriented approach

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity services across IAM, GRC, SOC, SIEM, compliance, and risk management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep market knowledge of the Enterprise Security industry and current trends
• Self-starter with high motivation to generate more business for allocated account(s)
• Ability to work as an individual contributor
