Responsibilities
- Operate, secure, and monitor cloud infrastructure, including system hardening, patching, and vulnerability management
- Translate DoD requirements from stakeholders to technical teams and ensure solutions meet the requirements
- Develop cloud-based security architectures for some of the most critical systems
- Apply the latest cloud technologies to secure customers' environments
- Automate security events in the cloud
- Implement cloud-based security solutions
- Adopt Zero Trust architecture
Requirements
- Experience securing cloud infrastructure and applications in AWS GovCloud
- Experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) and DoD cloud SRG requirements
- Experience with CMMC authorizations
- Knowledge of centralized logging, boundary defense, web application firewalls, system patching, RBAC, and vulnerability scanning
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification

Compensation
Salary range: USD 62,000 to USD 141,000 per year. Pay is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements. This range represents typical compensation for this role and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

As part of the hiring process, Booz Allen uses identity verification that leverages biometrics and artificial intelligence to ensure authenticity and protect against identity fraud. Interview and assessment participation may require being on camera, and Booz Allen may capture images to verify identity.
