Cybersecurity Analyst/Engineer

YSI is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst/Engineer to support multi-tier Information Security/Assurance, Computer Network Defense, and Offensive Cyber activities onsite in Rapid City, SD.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad functions supporting multi-tier Information Security/Assurance, Computer Network Defense, and Offensive Cyber, including:
  • Systems security engineering
  • Audit and inspection activities
  • Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support
  • Independent verification and validation (IV&V) testing
  • Certification and accreditation (C&A) support
  • Risk and vulnerability assessments
  • Intrusion detection
  • Penetration testing
  • Red Team support
  • Forensic incident response (IR)
• Support related incident response and remediation efforts as part of security activities
• Collaborate with outside organizations to analyze trends
• Direct tasks of junior and intermediate level team members
• Resolve technical and nontechnical conflicts among task team members

Requirements

• Security clearance: Top Secret (Required)
• Education: BS in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, information technology, or software engineering.
