Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is seeking an existing Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer to help train AI chatbots for cybersecurity. This fully remote contract role focuses on improving how AI evaluates threats, vulnerabilities, and defenses, with hands-on work that can influence the next generation of AI security models.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, to confirm real-world accuracy and validity.
- Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems.
- Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
- Provide targeted feedback that directly influences how future AI security models think about threats and mitigations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields, including government or military cyber operations.
- Some coding experience and comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) with strong writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certifications are a plus (examples include OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar).
