Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is hiring an experienced cybersecurity professional to train and evaluate AI models focused on real-world security threats and defenses.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
- Develop and solve security-focused technical problems that support training of AI systems
- Produce clear technical explanations alongside security-relevant code
- Deliver feedback that directly influences how AI models reason about real-world threats and defenses
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work
- Experience may include government or military cyber operations
- Coding experience required; comfort navigating and patching a codebase is important
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) with strong writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, for example: OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar
