Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
Work fully remotely on contract projects that train AI systems for real-world cybersecurity use. What you’ll do
You’ll train AI chatbots and AI models by reviewing outputs and providing security-focused guidance. Your work will directly influence how the systems understand and handle cybersecurity scenarios, from threat analysis to vulnerability assessment and offensive technique context.
- Assess AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, with an emphasis on real-world accuracy and validity.
- Develop and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI models.
- Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
- Provide feedback that informs the next generation of AI security models.
What you bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent areas, including government or military cyber operations.
- Coding experience required: comfort navigating and patching a codebase is key.
- English fluency at native or bilingual level, plus strong writing skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar.
