Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join as an AI Trainer, supporting the development of AI chatbots and models focused on security. This fully remote role centers on reviewing AI-generated security material, working through security-oriented technical challenges, and giving feedback that improves how AI evaluates real-world threats and defenses.

What you’ll do

• Assess AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, with an emphasis on real-world accuracy and validity.
• Build and solve security-focused technical problems that are used to train AI systems.
• Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI security models.

What you bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work, including government or military cyber operations.
• Some coding experience is required, along with comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
• English fluency (native or bilingual level) with strong writing skills.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar.
