Job Description

Ellumen, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support RMF activities for assigned DHA systems and applications in Silver Spring, MD. This onsite role coordinates with stakeholders and the ISSM to support secure operation and maintenance, including participation in continuous monitoring and accreditation-related processes. You will also provide technical advisory and review support to help inform decisions for Government leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain the DHA organizational or system-level cybersecurity program covering cybersecurity architecture, requirements, objectives, policies, personnel, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain repositories for organizational cybersecurity documentation, including tools such as eMASS
  • Coordinate cybersecurity inspections, tests, reviews, and continuous monitoring activities with affected parties and organizations
  • Provide technical advisory support to assigned sites and applicable ISSMs
  • Provide technical review requirements to stakeholders
  • Review and provide input on POA&Ms
  • Provide input and guidance on CCI metrics, including development of related policies and procedures
  • Monitor compliance with established organizational cybersecurity policy and report incidents to the appropriate reporting chains
  • Provide guidance on CMRS tagging, TASKORD, and IAVM requirements
  • Support cyber security, RMF, certification and accreditation, risk assessments, analysis, solutions, and recommendations for Government leadership

What you bring

  • RMF Process experience, preferably at least 5 years or a relevant equivalent
  • DHA experience, preferably at least 5 years or a relevant equivalent
  • Secret Clearance (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Ability to meet 8570 requirements for an IAM Level I with Security+ CE minimum certification or an equivalent listed on DoD-approved 8570 baseline certifications

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 - 110,000 per year. Ellumen also offers comprehensive healthcare benefits discussed prior to your first interview.
