Job Description
DCS Corp is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support Risk Management Framework (RMF) cybersecurity activities. The position is based in Aberdeen, MD and focuses on control documentation, scanning artifacts, and maintaining RMF package readiness in eMASS.

Salary Range
USD 90,220 - 175,000 per year
Summary of the Role
In this role, you will assist with RMF-related cybersecurity work, including updating NIST 800-53 Revision 5 controls, importing STIGs and ACAS scan results, and developing and maintaining POAMs. This position requires U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance or higher.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in developing RMF security controls responses for new NIST 800-53 Revision 5 security controls for RMF packages in eMASS.
- Support development and updates to NIST 800-53 Revision 5 security controls.
- Support identification and association of artifacts that support the security controls.
- Support the import of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans.
- Support development and maintenance of Plans of Actions & Milestones (POAMs).
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience.
- DoD Secret clearance or higher required.
- Significant RMF and eMASS experience (8-12+ years), with strong attention to detail and time management.
