TriMark USA invites a senior security leader to steer its cybersecurity program from Mansfield, MA in a hybrid, full-time capacity. The Corporate Director of CyberSecurity will shape strategy, oversee security operations and incident response, and ensure security initiatives align with business priorities. This role offers a salary range of USD 185,000 to 200,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, education, and financial well-being. Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that supports business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and deploy strategic security initiatives based on risk and business needs.
- Oversee security operations, optimizing monitoring, analysis, and implementation of security controls.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Lead incident response efforts, guiding swift and effective resolution of security events.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the cybersecurity team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.
- Deliver regular training and knowledge-sharing to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure security measures align with business goals.
- Communicate cybersecurity risks, recommendations, and achievements to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with emphasis on security operations, incident response, and governance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and advanced security technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Proven team leadership and people-management experience.
- Ability to pass a background check after offer acceptance.
