Attorney with Cybersecurity or Privacy Litigation Experience

Latitude Legal is seeking an attorney with privacy and/or cybersecurity litigation experience for a remote role with flexible contract or permanent options.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy and/or cybersecurity related litigation matters
• Handle a range of privacy and cybersecurity cases and/or investigations
• Work effectively in a remote setting with strong organization and responsiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience handling a variety of privacy and cybersecurity related cases and/or investigations
• Comfortable traveling for depositions and/or hearings
• Active license to practice law in at least one state (licensed to practice law in any state and in good standing)
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references

Position Details

• Type of Role: Contract or Permanent
• Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
• Location: Remote (East Coast or Central U.S. candidates are strongly preferred)
• Location: Nashville, TN (remote)

Compensation

• Annualized pay (full-time basis): USD 175,000 - 210,000
• Contract pay: Based on multiple factors, including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference (candidate pay rate can affect the client bill rate and competitiveness)
