Attorney with Cybersecurity or Privacy Litigation Experience
Job Description
Latitude Legal is seeking an attorney with privacy and/or cybersecurity litigation experience for a remote role with flexible contract or permanent options.
Responsibilities
- Manage privacy and/or cybersecurity related litigation matters
- Handle a range of privacy and cybersecurity cases and/or investigations
- Work effectively in a remote setting with strong organization and responsiveness
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling a variety of privacy and cybersecurity related cases and/or investigations
- Comfortable traveling for depositions and/or hearings
- Active license to practice law in at least one state (licensed to practice law in any state and in good standing)
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Outstanding references
Position Details
- Type of Role: Contract or Permanent
- Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
- Location: Remote (East Coast or Central U.S. candidates are strongly preferred)
- Location: Nashville, TN (remote)
Compensation
- Annualized pay (full-time basis): USD 175,000 - 210,000
- Contract pay: Based on multiple factors, including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference (candidate pay rate can affect the client bill rate and competitiveness)
