Attorney with Cybersecurity or Privacy Litigation Experience

Latitude Legal seeks an attorney with at least two years of privacy or cybersecurity litigation experience for a contract or permanent role. Remote work is supported, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast or Central U.S.; active bar admission and travel to depositions or hearings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy and cybersecurity litigation matters and related investigations
• Handle a diverse docket of privacy and cybersecurity cases and investigations
• Travel to depositions and hearings as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience handling a range of privacy and cybersecurity matters and investigations
• Strong organizational skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment
• Licensed to practice law in any state and in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Outstanding professional references
