Job Description

Flexible, fully remote contracting with a direct hand in building the next generation of AI security models. You will review and validate AI-generated cybersecurity content and develop security-focused technical problems that help train models for real-world accuracy. Work is project-based, on your own computer, with a schedule you control.

Location: Temecula, CA (remote)

Job type: contract

Pay: $50 to $100 USD per hour (hourly; higher bonus rates may apply to select projects)

What you’ll do

  • Review AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques.
  • Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems.
  • Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
  • Provide feedback that feeds directly into the development of next-generation AI security models.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work, including government or military cyber operations.
  • Coding experience and comfort navigating and patching an existing codebase.
  • English fluency (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications are a plus (examples include OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar).
