Job Description

Join DataAnnotation on a fully remote contract that blends cybersecurity expertise with AI training. You will help improve AI systems built for security by reviewing AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy, then contributing to security-focused technical problem solving that guides the next generation of AI security models. Work is flexible, you use your own computer, and projects are paid hourly based on experience and the specific assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, ensuring accuracy and validity for real-world use.
  • Design and solve security-focused technical problems that are used to train AI systems.
  • Write clear technical explanations and security-relevant code to support model training and evaluation.
  • Provide feedback that directly shapes iterative improvements to AI security models.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent fields, including government or military cyber operations.
  • Some coding experience required, with comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
  • English fluency at native or bilingual level, with strong technical writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials.
