Sr. TPM Cybersecurity

As a Sr. TPM Cybersecurity at Lucid Motors, you will help strengthen product security across multiple engineering teams and products. This onsite role in Newark, CA focuses on coordinating security deliverables, risk management, and security validation while supporting compliance needs, audit readiness, and remediation of findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead product security programs across multiple engineering teams and products.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to track security deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to review security requirements, address security issues, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments for new products and features.
• Support implementation of security controls, cryptographic solutions, secure provisioning, and key management processes.
• Drive Red and Blue Team activities, including vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response readiness, and remediation tracking.
• Support security compliance, audits, governance reviews, and cybersecurity reporting.
• Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments, and drive timely resolution of identified security findings.

Requirements

• Strong program management experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience working with cybersecurity, software, hardware, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, schedules, and executive communications.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Knowledge of product security principles, secure development practices, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, threat modeling, security assessments, and incident response processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive execution across diverse teams.

Preferred and education

• Experience in automotive, IoT, embedded systems, connected devices, or cloud-based products.
• Familiarity with security standards, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting penetration testing, security audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Understanding of cryptography, PKI, secure boot, secure provisioning, or identity and access management concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Relevant cybersecurity or program management certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, PMP, PgMP).
