Sr Program Manager – Cybersecurity expert & Agentic AI

Work onsite in Atlanta, GA on large-scale cybersecurity technology programs with a clear focus on application security, endpoint security, and enterprise security platforms. This contract role pairs senior program management with security governance and delivery, plus the opportunity to advance Agentic AI / GenAI adoption while keeping controls and risk management in place.

Compest Solutions Inc is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead strategy through execution across cross-functional teams, including initiatives built around CrowdStrike, Wiz, and firewalls and enterprise security platforms. With immediate interview availability, the role is designed for experienced leaders who can align stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cybersecurity and technology programs from strategy through delivery
• Manage application security and endpoint security initiatives
• Drive programs involving CrowdStrike, Wiz, firewalls, and enterprise security platforms
• Coordinate security, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams
• Establish program roadmaps, milestones, governance, and reporting
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and executive-level communication
• Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI across cybersecurity and enterprise operations
• Drive adoption of emerging AI capabilities while maintaining security and governance standards
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution

Requirements

• Senior-level program management experience
• Hands-on understanding of application, endpoint, and network security
• Strong enterprise cybersecurity program leadership
• Experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI initiatives
• Strong understanding of firewalls and security architecture
• Experience with Cross-functional leadership and executive communication
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity programs
• 15–20+ years of overall technology and/or program management experience
• Experience with CrowdStrike and Wiz strongly preferred
• PgMP (Preferred)
