Special Agent: Cybersecurity/Technology Expertise
Job Description
Build on your cybersecurity and technology expertise to support investigative work with the FBI in Jackson, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity, and public safety.
- Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to handle investigative demands.
- Develop and maintain liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain physical fitness levels needed to perform law enforcement duties.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
- Must meet the FBI’s Employment Eligibility requirements.
Education
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in computer science, engineering, data science, information technology, or a related field).
- Degree must be from a U.S. accredited college or university.
Location: Jackson, MO (onsite)
Salary: USD 103,326 - 133,200 per yearly
